Cuz its been almost 2 weeks since that. He wanted to wait too til he had a full list. For me it didn't matter I went out and got players. I went to lobby's and so on to get them. Also I am already on his List to join and plan on doing both. Its not really hard.

Hey flats, did you already start this? If not, why don't we combine forces? I have about 16 owners who expressed interest in the Madden Bible league and it sounds like you have 20 so that should give a great list to start out. Assuming everyone who signed up is still planning on playing (which is doubtful) we would only have 4 people sitting on the wait list and I know of a few on my list who are not that committed.

How many spots are still available? Is it a draft league or just a straight up league? What other rules? How many days between games?

Its a non draft league.

games advance every 2 days to keep the league moving
If you quit 2 games a season your kick out of the league
12 spots left but I haven't been recruiting yet in the lobby

Hey Flats. sorry, I must have missed your reply. So, lets combine and see if we can't get this thing revved up eh? I have 16 names so I will have the first 12 that confirm, join the league. We can work together to keep people active. I will go join your league when I get home today and tonight I'll post on the forum here and send e-mails to those owners for whom I am e-mail addresses and we can go from there okay?

First of all, do you have e-mail address for all of the people that are in the league now? Can you send me a list of everyone that is in the league now with their GamerTags and email addresses? My e-mail address is dsgabrielson@gmail.com

My thinking is to try and leverage the Madden Bible forum here which means we will need to actively communicate standings and results etc. on here to keep people's interest up and also to keep a pipeline of new people to fill the spots of inactive owners. If we also recruit on other Madden sites, we can also drive traffic here for SGibs and Zfarls

Oh, and Flats, send me the league password to my e-mail. Looks like my Bears are already taken dammit!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey the best thing I can say is to start all over. Also I don't have any emails of the owners cuz all i did was go to the lobby and recurred. I had the league up to 32 owners twice but it just take so much time to watch everyone and keep getting active players. Once they lose 3 games or so or realize how tuff the league is they quit. And then to get more players to fill the 0-3 start or even a 0-1 start is really hard to do. So If you really want to try this out again. I can get players to the league threw the lobby. But we will have to weed out the good and bad active players.


Let me know I'm in if you want to still do it. My Brother is on alot and will be another strong recruiter. With us 3 we should be able to get some active members.
