Yea I know what your talking about.. I was just wondering if anybody had ever thought about it before.. I guess if you have that predicament then you either wouldn't participate or you would pick the site your most loyal to.. I just get tired of other sites (mainly Gamers Lab) talking crap and stealing stuff from other sites, or running the same money play all game against bums and thinking they are unbeatable

| If Gibs/Farls ever wanted to do this, my site could play MB. We have roughly 1,500 members and we just started in August.
I love MB, itd just be a game for fun, no rivalries or any of that.

I cant stand it, because every time i go their its the same thing.. One of the Mods or something posts a money play, and says it cant be stopped.. And then everyone praises them as the greatest Madden players ever, but the play they posted could be shut down by anyone who has a brain.. I thought it would be pretty cool.. If everyone wants to do it we could just get a tournament director to contact the other sites and draw up a bracket and what not

| Been tried before, nobody wants to play in the end. Wasted about a good 2 weeks of time/effort last year to set it up.
Other sites care too much about losing the games that they won't play even though it would be fun for the community and good for everyone as a whole. Focused on other things right now though.

So they consistently talk crap about how they are the best, but yet when we call them out they are scared and play and maybe lose? Probably because they rely on the same money play all game, and so they know anyone with a brain will be able to stop it

| To give credit when credit is due.
The last time the challenge went out they denied but then came back and were ready to play.
However at that time we decided to move on.
Two sites doing work - they are doing what they do and we are doing what we do - no biggy.

| I played in the VGSports/TGL battle, pretty sure we went 7-1 in the first round and then the tournament ended up not getting played out after that. It was on 04 or 05 ps2, I can't remember which. | |

| the closest thing I can recall of something like this was in players bowl when there was a crew vs. crew thing.
sure, it wasn't site vs. site per say, because like most of you pointed out there are many people who contribute and go to multiple websites.
one major problem is that it would be difficult for everyone to agree on the same rules.
-should it be 3, 5, or 7 people? -should point differential matter? -should there be a maximum point differential per game? -who determines who plays against who? -which plays are legal/illegal? -etc etc
I feel like a site vs. site war would be fantastic, but I think you'd see a college football post season tournament before you'd see this.

But I think it would be loads of fun, because u have some sites with who your friendly, and then you have those sites who are like bitter rivals.. If anyone would ever go through the trouble for coordinating it, I'm down!! I'd even coordinate it if all the sites agreed on it

With that being said, start the hating now lol...but also guys there are some applications in limbo right now so this list can be changing at any time. The Corporation will be the official crew of AskMadden. ^^thats coped and pasted As we start a thred they announce this. Trust me Xhhx aren't afraid of any of these names and neither is any of the renegades We almost had a site battle in 10 but the other site backed out As a matter if fact I would take hh and the renegades over those guys in a crew vs crewJeter beat Truth pretty handedly. I labbed a D for 5 minutes on a spare TV at the tournament with Jeter before they played. Jeter locked up hard. The score was close, but Jeter truly dictated that game.
