| 1. Can you break down why players use various versions of the shake? I have now seen the dline, linebackers and secondary shake during various games.
2. Do the personnel react quicker?
Thanks you guys are awesome!

| What are the best ways to get pressure from 3 DL formations (i.e. 3-4 Normal, Nickel 3-3-5, Dollar) without simply bringing more people than the offense can block? Would you look to use some form of a contain D, and if so, how would you set it up? | |

| When running a 1-5-5 base what playbook would you suggest? Currently I'm running the GB playbook on def for the 155 psycho package they have and their good Nickel/Dime stuff.
2nd Q here aswell.
When your changing your depth chart what do you look for when moving people around. I know you want stronger and quicker outside backers at DE and stronger quicker DEs at DT. Least thats how I've been doing it. Trying to spread the speed around at DB/FS/SS and LB positions aswell.

| Been seeing a lot of talk about the 1-5-5. Would like to see a scheme put around this out of the NYJ's playbook. |

| i'm really struggling running against 4 man fronts where the dt has a high blockshed rating. What running plays do you suggest to counter dt's with high block shed rating...i'm not looking for a td every play just a good 3 or 4 yard pickup | |
