Mad Den Breakdown

Hey gibs this is a request for a breakdown of the dime defense...some good blitzes maybe a contain or 2 and some good zones...i find that it works best against snugs and still has 4 downlinemen

SS Zone blitz - Dime Normal (LB Pass Rush)

1. Stack the Box
2. reblitz the LOLB (right of screen)
3. place the Blitzing SS on the outside hip of the Defensive tackle (do not reblitz him)
4. Place ur Left DT in a contain
5. user either the FS or the MLB in a yellow zone


The drop back yellow the ROLB is in will help confuse the line in addition to the contain blitz on the left side..

should be able to scream off both edges with a lot of zone behind it... GL
