Power I Strong
Maryland I
are the 2 formations ive had most success with rushing.
Power I Strong has a play called HB SWEEP and ive bin running it with alot of success
simply Motion the lead blocker behind the Tackle and hike the ball, you should have alot of success busting some big runs on the outside
mix that play up with HB Zone in maryland I and a few other run plays out of both formations and you got a pretty effective rushing attack
also dont forget a little option never hurts either
