this is something I been labbing with
425 normal SS Eagle Zone/Smokes
Pressure left:
Show blitz (this brings both blitzing safties closer)
Crash line left
contain right side dt
reblitz right side DE
*move both lbs in b gap(dont move them down but move one on right side right till hes over b gap and one on left side to left till hes over b gap)
do whatever you want with the safety blitzing from right (I usually drop him in coverage)

spy right side DE

reblitz left side DE

Run D (credit to megatron cause this is similar to his zone stretch run D from madden 11)

crash line out
reblitz both dts
reblitz lb on side you think run is going to and move him left/right (depending on lb you blitzed) till hes over his side's b gap
spy the other lb and move him left/right (depending on lb you blitzed) till hes over his side's b gap
yellow zone fs and user him up the a gap
425 Under slide
Bullets Slant 3
Pressure right:
Shift and crash line right
zone all lbs
reblitz one on right (rb/r1, right stick right) and put him in right b gap kind of on outside hip of right DT
reblitz right side DE
contain left Dt
put the other LB outside of left DE
do what you want with left DE

oh and for SS I sometimes re-yellow him or purple him, you can omit this if you want
pressure left:
zone lbs
shift line right and crash left
reblitz left lb (rb/r1, right stick left) and put on outside of left DE
put the right LB thats in zone in right b gap as before
Do what you want with right side DE

shift line right and crash left
zone the left lb and put on outside of left side DE
put right lb over b gap like the last two blitzes
do what you want with right side DE

reblitz left side olb and put on inside hip of left side DE (where his blitz angle goes past the tackle)
reblitz left side DE
put mlb over right tackle and the right side olb next to him past the tackle

shift line left and crash them right
put left side OLB on inside hip of left DE as before
reblitz right side olb and mlb
put mlb over right tackle and right side olb next to him, past the right tackle
reblitz right side DE
