Mad-Den TV Show #130 Run Defense

gibs ! i struggle vs run sets when guys like to throw to the seams i dnt struggle vs the run i struggle in giving up big pass yards out of run sets .. and also in 3rd and long like 3rd and 20 or so after i get 1 sack i seem to give up a huge play and its a gamechanger because i have them where i want them i usually overload a side or i play a coverage D but idk if i can send the house jus feel like theres to many holes .its frustrating man

one small adjustment i like making if time permits is to place the blue flat routes on purples on this D, they come up and play flats then start to drop back to seam then sideline, if they do pass i like this better than the baby blue flat routes

I'm with ninja though, everytime i play packers i get stuck into trying to stop the seams and what appears to be face throws in the seam of the D, i have to bring extreme heat and user guard the TE or Nelson whoever they are throwing to in the seam and that works sometimes and sometimes it doesnt..... man or zone, packers just quick hike snap throw to seams LOL

does this work for strong close? or any compressed running set?
