Reason you can't use custom playbooks in online franchise?

From some comments I've read, it would seem intentional that using custom playbooks in community games and online franchise is not allowed. Does anybody know the reason?

If it's not intentional, does anybody know if there is a plan to change it?

Im hoping maybe in the next update they allow you to use Custom Play-books in communities.
