Running Scheme/ Defensive Scheme

Im very inexperience in Madden. I was wondering if there was anyone who has a offensive scheme that is very run heavy with a few good pass plays in it. Also my D is horrible, coukd someone share there defense with me.

One last question, could some play me tell me what team suits me?
