FAR AND NEAR FORMATIONS?

What do you guys think of the Far & Near formations and can you recommend any good plays from them? I like the QUICK TOSS from the FAR TWINS TIGHT form myself...

thank you Zfarls and Sgibs7 for answering this question on last nights show..
The answer was basically some good solid runs like the FB DIVE and HB COUNTER.. Thanks guys for going into the Far & Near formations and sharing your thoughts on them.
