43 over plus saw 0 blast

anybody ever dabbled with this play? i know this the general section, but i really want to get some type of sheme with this play, it screams heavily, but i want to know how can this be effective against 3 and 4 wide sets? can i get some help please? thanx

The Over Plus is very difficult to stop a spread attack of any kind. I don't recommend it at all. It's best saved to play the run.

yeah the over plus is strictly a run d formation. If they get u against a spread formation you are in for some problems..

Technically you can defend the pass, but when they spread you out they can run down your throat just based on the DL alignment. Even with shifting them you still will be super weak

Nah i shift left for run and pass and use as a under front.. No problem against pass that you dont have with any other base set..

Also gives a sort of mixture between 34 normal/solid if you want to stand up the left of screen DE then you can rotate the FS to pass strength
