Im really trying to get back to steelers Defensive football with the improvments to that side of the ball coming in 13. That being said i am looking for a 5 man rush out of 3-4 (any ) , nickel( 2-4-5,1-5-5 ) or sub ( 2-3-6,1-4-6,) that can get good pressure with a cover 3 shell behind it. Im messing around with double loop 3 and sugar overload seam 3 out of nickel but cannot get consistent pressure. Trying to create something like the above link but cannot get it right. Does anyone have any ideas.. it doesnt have to be a complete play, just an idea or concept to get me started.. would love to hear from some 3-4 zone blitz x's and o's guys..

Ive gotten double loop 3 to get a free rusher off of the edge but the running back picks him up.. im ok with a RB trying to block woodley or harrison so all in all its a win... still looking for more though..
