Rocket catch on ps3

Maddenbible showed us how important it is to know how to rocket catch, I was wondering if maddenbible can show us with the same detail that u show on the 360 how to rocket catch on the ps3!

lol.. What do you mean? It's the exact same thing.. They show you the controller, just use the exact same buttons that he is pressing, because those exact buttons will work.

What Wang said. All you have to do pass lead down and away (225 degrees or 315 degrees), press (circle instead of ???) to cycle to the player and then you use the r stick to get the rc animation

Sounds easy but the hardest thing I ever tried to do in madden.

I'm on Ps3 and this has been the easiest year to rocket catch for me. I've trying for a few years. I was fine with the XBOX to PS3 thing its the same.

practice mode with offense only using snugs.. streak outside wrs and bullet at 20-25 yrds down..NO pass lead, click on and hold down on the right stick.. feels natural to hold catch when he turns so i do it but i do t think you have to..

once you get the feel for it then you can move on to outside receivers/routes where you will want to pass lead down/away

Yea PS3 should be easier than the 360... PS3 guys were saying they could RC without the R Stick the 2nd day the game was out.

Should be the exact same man.

Show 18 had an RC tutorial on it.

Thanks for the tips you guys Im getting better Its my timing i have to get it right vs defense, In practice it is a little more time window to throw and manipulate the sticks.

I find RC to be easier on ps3 honestly

My wife stepped infront of the TV just to pick with me when i was in a game and i just maxed protected and still through an rc with out even seeing the TV! rc is too simple and i hope they remove it in madden 11

I play with the jets so when i try to rocket catch with cotchery he doesnt jump in the air, I was wondering was it my timing 10-15 yards down feild. I then throw the ball lead pass down and away, I click on pull the right analog stick down and to the inside i hold the right stick down even when i press triangle to jump and catch the ball. I still cant get it. HELP PLEASE!

bro i think it might be cotchery's height, Rocket catching WR typicall should be 6'3'' or taller but in some cases you can get a way with a 6'2'' WR

u can RC with any WR it is just more effective with the taller ones

Yea Roddy White can RC and I think he is 6' flat

i was rc with steve smith(panthers) when i was playin wit panthers alot....LOL... they need to bring the user spec catch back!! LOL

when u rc u wanna pull the right stick OPPOSITE of how u throw it....EX. if u pass lead down to the left, pull the right stick down to right....and u just flick the right stick meaning u dont need to hold it down

I can't get it the guys does over the shoulder or spins there looking like a dork..no jump or rocket pack. Grrrrrr...
