Team Help!!!!!!

ok so im looking for a team to pick and just cant decide lol.......im a patriots fan so naturally i always pick them but im lookin to change things up....I use the Run n' Gun playbook and im decent about moving the ball and scoring my problem is defense. im god awful....my last game i was up 14-3 wit 2 minutes left in the 3rd and ended up losing 17-13.....so anyone wit any advise on a team thats good offensively but has a good fast defense....Also i tend to throw alot to the HB so im gonna need a nice speedy back....Any help would be great thnks guys

i have playing with carolina recently .. man .. D Will is so fast .. Steve Smith .. C.Gamble on D and there D line is speedy and strong .. you should try them ..
