What makes him desperate? He has a wife and has been sober for 12 years.

I'm not making any judgments until he is proven guilty... He may be guilty for soliciting a prostitute, but I doubt he raped her. Why didn't she tell the guys that she was being tricked out for to call her parents or the police? I'm positive if the girl said "I'm 16 years old. Call the police, I'm being held captive by my pimp." She would easily have been helped.
Why wait til it's a famous person to call the police? It was reported that the guy that she was with is a pimp..

She said she didn't want to have sex with him, but if she was tricked out previously, she wanted to have sex with the other guys apparently, since we've just found out about her.

She's been missing from home for about 1-2 months..
She could've easily called the police the other times she was pimped out.

This is a possibility, but I think that Rasheed Davis and the 16 year old girl are in love. They are trying to extort LT of all his money so she could get rich quick... This happens all the time. Not exactly this situation, but extortion happens a lot.. He did spend $1M on crack per year, and his contract was SMALL compared to now.. It was something like $6M over 3-5 years.. I can't remember.. It's nothing like the monster $25M people get now a days.

it looks very bad for the true "LT." i saw this cat in the courtroom yesterday sitting handcuffed in his chair and just rocking back and forth staring. he looked bad! i hate seeing these atheletes get caught up in this stuff. i hope he didn't do it...but....if he did (proven by a court of law)....they need to lock his a$$ up for fooling with a minor. smh!

What's wrong with him rocking back and forth? He was nervous.. He could have not been given bail.. he would have stayed in there for about a month.

He's not on drugs though.. They said he was not intoxicated or under the influence of anything.
I would be nervous too if I had to stay in county jail for a month.. especially if I wasn't guilty.. He may have done it.. I still think that he had sex with the girl, but didn't rape her.

i think i read max time is 4 yrs?? seems low but maybe that was bad info

this is really horrible the idea of him just having sex with her is still illegal as she is underage so it's still considered rape
it has to be proven he didn't have sex with her at all then he's innocent

regardless this whole thing sounds just as messed up as Big Ben Roethlisberger's case

he is innocent until proven guilty and the real question everyone has is why was he up in that place in the first place

location is what has everyone saying he's guilty
now it's time for the court to handle it

Yeah, I've been in court before. I rocked back and forth because I was nervous on whether I would get detained for another 2 weeks. It was my second time in juvenile detention, and I just wanted to leave. I ended up going to 4 detention hearings.. If the judge thinks you are not going to hurt society or yourself, you will be freed. I had a drug offense so apparently I was a detriment to myself. I got arrested for violation of probation. I failed a drug test.

My first time I was in juvenile, I got released.. The second time I was so nervous. I was rocking back and forth.. I wasn't even high either :X - The third and forth times I knew I was staying so I didn't really get nervous.
Eventually I was released after 50 days.


His body language means he is nervous. The officers that arrested him even said he wasn't intoxicated.

Yeah, it's basically statutory rape. I thought that too.. Four years? Wow... that's rather low.

Yeah, he was doing good for about 12 years, and he fucked up after leaving the scene of the accident. Now this.. he was going on the right track.. Now NutriSystem dropped him. I'm not buying any stock in LT.

there have been many cats that have appeared in court who's "body language" was more relaxed in a courtroom....even....when the case was serious. nervousness? sure, who wouldn't be nervous by being in a courtroom and being handcuffed? but, once again....it was just an observation of mine and a simple comment about it...nothing to try to read so deeply into imo.
