| I like the setup but I cant seem to run the 3-4 correctly. Do you have any setups for the 4-3 to stop the HB Direct play? | |

the same concept should work. instead of the inside life MLB being a on spy... use the left DT as a spy and follow the setup. we havent labbed this but the concept is there and it should work with a few adjustments. let us know if it works for you

| Yes sir, thank you for this. Any tips for a wildcat D? I seem fine most of the time, but one in every 10 or so someone will break it. I'll look around the forums for somehting, if I cna't find anything I'll come back here. | |

| Here's the defense gather 'round... it's call patch #2 and it should be out any time now. when this comes out hb direct for all practical purposes will have been removed from the game. yeah sure you'll still be able to run it but it won't be effective so why run it? If your offense in ANY way revolves around hb direct learn to play without it today because you'll literally wake up one day and half your scheme will be dead. | |

| due to the wildcat sensation this year.....i haven't really played that many cats that run the HB Direct Snap. but, i have heard about the "scheme" of it. what is the "scheme" with the HB Direct Snap? i need to know what cats are doing with it in case i run into someone that is running it.

i hear that it was a few plays strung together with the HB Direct Snap that made that "scheme" hard to defend. i'm just wondering what plays they were in case i run into it online. -Mili

| It's already patched so you won't run into it.. but if you do find somebody still running it if it's the NE book you have to also watch out for FL screen, Zspot etc. vs zone and vs man if they run DBL Cross forget about it the hb route is almost a glitch vs man and so is the crossing route. Before the patch you could stay in that formation all game long and never be stopped barring a fumble or poor execution. | |

wow! thanks Saints. i haven't run into that scheme yet but it sounds like it would be a hard one to defend. -Mili
