fullhouse formation vs bump and run

I started using dallas again and have been using a good amount of fullhouse, its good but the only trouble i kinda have with it is against bump and run. I cant get an unbumpable with the recievers but i saw this on youtube.
I have tried this but cant seem to get it, is it still even possible after the patches?

It seems possible.. You can flip the play twice & put your WRs out of position.. I'm not so sure about being able to flip the play twice if your WR is in motion..

I don't get Madden.. In the NFL, WRs get off BNR with technique.. hands.. In Madden, you have to use motion.. VERYYY unrealistic.. but that's the game we play. [sometimes.]
