Offline Franchise Question

I didn't know where to post this question, so I put it in general.

I'm controlling two teams in an offline franchise, but can't figure out how to switch team screens.

The screen where it has "Team Management," "Coaching Options," etc. That screen is always the same team, even though I'm controlling two teams. How do I switch that screen to the other team?

i think its like you click the left stick down or something or maybe left or right trigger i forget look at the bottom of the screen it says it there
