Help and thoughts - passing

Hey peps, been searching for help on passing online and cant find much.

Im on all pro as the bears and passing is SO hard, Pro is too easy. I have played madden for quite a while but passing is just a struggle.

Any help on passing and how to be effective would be sweet. I throw a ton of interceptions, I'm trying to stick with it and get better but would its tough.

How often do you hold down on receiver button and throw bullet?

What kinda O do you run?

Just the normal bears offense in madden. Havnt played enough to make my own playbook, cuase unsure what works. Any thoughts?
