online franchise

im looking for a legit online franchise im madden 12 on 360.. i can use any team but prefer teams with a strong running game... Im sick of the BS online kids... the last franchise I tried week 1 i played eagles with the rams ( only team left so I ran jackson all game) and was up 21-6 in the second quarter.. ( i punted on fourth down and everything ) right before half he quit and when i tried to see what happened i was no longer a member of the franchise.. come to find out he was commish and booted me then changed PW so he could play the cpu.. ugh!!! so please someone help.. I play everyday have a .600 winning percentage and dont quit.. thanks in advance
