| zan when i was down there playing the game and talking to the guys that make the game i asked that specific question.
when you are controlling a guy his dpp stats arent effected. you can feel all you want but that doesnt mean its true

| maybe the guys didnt mean to have it effect user controlled performance but i agree with zan 100%... any time i fumble early with mendenhall I better just stop letting him get the ball unless i can get some good untouched runs where i can run out of bounds for a 10 yard gain.. Ive had at least 10 or 11 multi fumble games with him and each subsequent fumble seemed to come on a whimpier hit. no offence to the guys at EA but maybe they dropped the ball on this one ( no pun intended ) | |

| I think the last bit of conversation is an even more indicator about something that I said around the time M12 came out
There is soooooo much confusion about the game. How can EA expect us to play the game as they intended or TO ITS FULL CAPABILITIES if they dont make vital information about the game pubic and CLEAR.
I remember saying this earlier....What if Final Fantasy hid what cures sadness? (if u dont know what im talking about google it lol)
Well I would tell you, you would have a couple of theories and a lot of confusion and a lot of misuse of the game....Thats what we have (and have had for a LONG TIME) about madden
We really DONT KNOW how a pass rushers stats interact with a pass blockers.. It is different year to year and we are just left with theories...There is nothing that is set in stone. One year speed is the key to beating a lineman, the next year its block shedding, then the next year it is finness move... And in the same year finness move works, power move wont.
And guys it just doent stop with OL/DL interactions.....ITS WAY MORE THINGS THAN THAT and im sure you know what im talking about
I said this about DPP when the demo came out....If we dont really know how it works we cant use it how it was interned to be used (To Its Full Capability)
Guys do you remember the explanation that the Madden Dev team had for why they kept some last gen features out of the next gen console. They said something along the lines of this a couple of years ago.
"It just wasnt being used by people"
They need to sit back and thin about why those things were not being used.
Is it Because they just didnt like it? Is it because they didnt know about it? Is it because they didnt know how to use it? Is it because they didnt know what it did?
If there was a poll and if any other option other than the first one received more than 5% of the votes than they have a problem.
You have to make things known to people for them to use it. You also have to tell them what it does and how to use it. If you dont do that than you cant expect them to use it.
Remember how they implemented offensive playmakering in M11?
If you werent on a madden site you didnt even know about it...hell if you were on a madden site you might have not found out how to do it until Christmas lol.
How can you use something if you didnt know that it was there.
It wasnt in the manual......like about 100000000 other useful things arent.
Hell I still have my old madden manuals and off the top of my head I can tell you the M03 and 04 books were 30-40 pages strong. I didnt play M05 so I cant say M06-09 manuals couldnt have been more than 10 pages. And I dont think the M10-11 manuals were more than 7 pages
Just think about it....why do we have so much confusion???? Because we arent being told anything lol

| Manual, they make a manual? lol
Allot of money being made on the back end on this game. Just a few people seem to know, if anyone the real "mechanics" of the game. Thats the reason you see tons of ebooks, strategy sites, books is because no one really has figured it out.
Oh and I threw 3 picks and lost 7-0 on the first round of GOTW tournament against the Packers I feel like a real losser lol
