Is there a scheme for the sandiego chargers

I ask this question because you have a few leagues that have the current roster on Madden 12. Just want to know
is there a offense scheme that can be use with this team. FLOYD is number 1 wideout Meacham is number 2 Royal is number
3 wideout and Brown is number 4 Gates is number 1 tight end along with Mcmichael is number 2 and Rosairo is number 3
tight end. Matthews is number 1 back along with brown number 2 and 2 rookies Mclain is the fullback. So is there a scheme or a way to open up this passing game. You dont have height as a weapon except with floyd. Thanks ALC
