This is a variation on the contain D although you aren't even containing a lb at all so I'm not sure calling it contain D is accurate. I guess if you believe anything using any type to contain to get pressure is contain D then I guess it's contain D, whatever it is I have found it to be effective.

These steps are in also in order of quickest setup.
1-spread line
2-blitz OLB (from whatever side you want to bring pressure) and move him slightly down and slightly over toward the DE. Placement is critical but once you get that down in practice mode it's almost 100%.
3-blitz the DE
4-contain the DT on that same side
5-spy the other DT
6-purple/flat zone or man up the other DE.
The DE will break free and bring quick heat.
