This guy online destroyed me with power o's and outside runs with the chargers. How do I stop these?

Thanks. I have started using the Rex Ryan book since I bought it. I do not have the 4-4. I was thinking of some plays that are like the monster green that could stop it. Would these plays stop the HB Power O and outside runs?

4-6 Normal- Strong Blitz

4-6 Normal- SS Blitz - bring blitzing LB between DT and DE on right of screen

4-6 Normal- Weak Blitz

Would these work?

dont use the 4-6

use the nickel odd split

and use the play called monster green

the nickel odd split and 4-4 have the SAME alignment and virtually the same plays. the odd split only has a LB instead of DE

i personally think odd split is a bit more effective in pass defense where the 4-4 is better as a run defense.
