Tell me one reason y DHB is the best in the game? he's 6'2 with like 97 speed with like 67 catch
how does that compare with Calvin Johnson 6'5 95 speed and like 90 catch, he also has a high CIT and SPEC catch????
Its all in the numbers my friend doesn't matter how you think you use them.
madden is all about finding players that are good at a specific thing or some call them gems..jason williams, pat watkins, add d.h.b to that list, and ford.
d.h.b best in game for slant outs.. you cant beat 97 speed 98 acc and 6' 2'' any one who thinks there is a better receiver for slant outs is wrong, calvin johnson would be next. Speed is a big part, but height also thats why d.h.b is better than hester, or desean jackson for slant outs. im not saying hes the best overall you guys are all putting words in my mouth...same with ford great for drags, and quick throws, and occasional streak, hes probalby not the best in the game for that i just like him alot for it and hes going up too.. hester, jackson would be great too.
how does putting a wr on a certain team make them better..calvin johnson would probalby be the wr that you can to everything with and run any type of offense..hes the best overall you can run Slant outs all game but with DHB your not going to catch them lol Raiders are my team of choice in this years game but that doesn't mean im gonna say DHB is the best, only person i have heard say that is "Truth." I have played with both CJ and DHB and ya sure DHB offers more big play potential but Calvin Johnson is gonna make bigger plays. And madden isn't all about finding players that are good at specific things. Its about finding certain concepts that work and setting your depth chart in different ways to best utilize the plays you as an individual like to run.

The Redskins.. Donovan is one of the best QBs in the game, torrain is a monster, they have 4 fast recievers, orakpo, haynseworth, laron landry(99 Hit Power!), deangelo hall, phillip bucannon is fast as well. dont agree with you on that one, Mcnabb isn't an elite madden QB overthrows a ton of passes redskins would probalby be the second best madden team...anyother team just cant compete with the raiders.. fast wrs, fast dbs, orakpo, can play man and use 4-6 speed package and a mobile qb Gotta disagree with you here again lol, Redskins just don't have the man power on Offense to be the "second best team" Lions IMO are better

| d.h.b is potentially a big play waiting to happen...but he carries more garbage like drop passes, gets pressed, low CIT....Calvin Johnson and Andre Johnson have no garbage..
did you say no other team can compete with raiders? thats another bs statement.... I dunno how many times I have beaten raiders this year..just using giants or ravens...
raiders=highly overrated and abused....its not the team its the player using the team

lol today is just my day to disagree with everyone, Raiders are not unbeatable, but i don't agree with you when you say that they are highly overrated they are a very good madden Team by the end of this season they could even be one of the best madden teams of all time.

d.h.b best at slant outs period. i dont run them all game either..im fine with short throws to ford and higgins all game that what i do, and slants are a part of my offense and not the whole thing... and wtf you find the players that have certain atttributes and obvoiusly you put them in that spot, obvouisly you have a concept behind it otherways you wouldnt know why you should put them there, you can reword it anyway you want. Not a bunch of ppl run slant outs so thats why you havent heard it, ive ran slant outs with every type of receiver and hes the best at it. the lions d is not good enough to be 2 or even better than the redskins, there d is way too slow, lions top 10 thats it no better

I know man coverage can not cover everything so for that reason i play a man defense with my DL on zones, and i know that doesn't work against everything either Catching your opponent of guard is the best way to win a game.

| As I've said in other topics..
Raiders DL is more versatile than Ravens DL.. You have slug DTs that can't even chase down Tom Brady.. T. Scott & Seymour have at least 68 spd.. not 42-47 spd.. so they can catch a QB.. plus they can drop back in coverage..
Ravens LBs > Raiders LBs.. - but multiple LBs are not important in a 46 Speed scheme.. only 1 is.. you only need 1 good LB..
Raiders CBs > Ravens CBs - TALLER, nearly the same speed & MCV..
Raiders S > Ravens S - Ed Reed is great.. but being 5'11" in Madden is not great.. his speed is awesome.. but Huff/Branch are just as fast.. plus Both Huff & Branch are faster than Zbikowski or whoever you put at SS..
Ravens WRs = SLUGS.. I couldn't believe how slow TJ was.. 84 spd/84 acc.. woah.. 95 CIT.. 85-90 RTE? I can't remember.. good but not great.. speed is too low.. Boldin isn't tall enough.. He has 91 RTE I believe.. 98/99 CIT.. 6'1".. 88spd??? I'm not sure.. Good, nearly great if he was a little more faster or a little more taller.. Stallworth 94 spd.. I think he has low acc.. not sure.. apologize if not..
Raiders have Schilenz.. he's 6'4" 92 spd.. Jacoby Ford.. 97 spd, 95 acc [CIT/CAT going up..], DHB [97 spd, 98 ACC, 6'2"] Higgins..[94? spd. not sure..] Louis Murphy [83 CIT?? 92 spd 6'2"] [Nick Miller 92~ spd.. just a good backup WR if you need someone..]
You can do a lot more with the Raiders WRs.. Don't give me this BS about their catch being low.. CIT is all that matters.. They won't drop catches if they are not being touched [aka if they are on a drag & have separation.. just run away from your CB asap you catch the ball just so your opponent can't press R1/L1 or w/e to strip it to cause it to be an incompletion. You rarely have to do that because you are already far enough from the CB] CIT is important.. They won't always catch passes in traffic.. like if they are being hit while catching.. but they will sometimes.. it just depends.. you have to feel the Raiders to know what I'm talking about.. You saw it several times in the GOTW w/ Gibs vs Jeter.. Gibs completed it to Schilens for a 50 yd gain & he HELD ON.. There werent as many drops and overthrows as people make it out to be..
TEs: I don't know the exact stats on the Ravens TEs but I think I can call it over.. Zach Miller is 6'5" 92-95 CIT.. 82-83 spd.. 85 acc.. He's faster than that I believe.. but yeah.. He's a great TE.. if I really need someone dependable I will throw it to him.. RBs: Darren McFadden is like 85-88 OVR now.. gonna get increased.. he's so d@mn fast.. 96 spd.. 96 acc? He's great.. Ray Rice is 89 spd 97 acc.. I wouldn't recommend tosses w/ Ray Rice.. it's possible.. I do it w/ Steven Jackson.. but it's just easier w/ faster people.. you are almost guaranteed 2 yds if you do a toss w/ fast players like CJ..
Summary: QB: Ravens RB: Raiders WR: Raiders TE: Raiders
DL: Raiders LB: Ravens CB: Raiders S: Raiders
Raiders: 6 Ravens: 2
BTW JayNizz.. DHB is definitely the best at slant outs from Snugs Flip.. He's so fast that he gets enough separation & if it's an overthrow, he's tall enough to go up & get it.. He's usually never touched if you do slant outs vs. man..
