No Huddle---offense lines up faster than the defense

Played an online game today and this guy ran no huddle all game...his offense lined up way quicker than my defense...like he would hike the ball and my defense was not even set, players still running around (played 46 cover 3)...it was a bit frustrating. I won the game 52-19 but Ray Rice ran 43 times for 250 yards (2 huge fumbles tho) against me.

I used timeouts in key 3rd or 4th down situations but is there a way to accelerate your defense so they set up in time?

i dont think so....maybe try to audible to another play and audible back, who knows lol
